TRACT # 1: Contains approx. 2 acres with the homestead consisting of a spacious 3 bedroom stucco home with 1820 sq. ft. of living area. This well maintained home has 2 baths, central heat & air and 1 car attached garage. This home was originally built & used as the New Salem School and was converted by the present owner over 40 years ago with many recent updates. Other improvements include a fully insulated, 30’ x 50’ Morton Building, 14’ drive in door, 12’ eves, & full concrete floor. There are also 2 older metal clad buildings plus many mature shade & fruit trees. Property is served by a private water well, Westar Electric & Kansas Gas Service.
