This property is located approx. 1½ mile West of Dexter Kansas. According to USDA this tract contains a total of 161 acres of which there is 50½ acres crop land that has been planted to tame grass and the balance is native grass & timberland. There is a small creek running the full length of the property from the North to the South and dumps into Grouse Creek just after leaving this property.
